I woke up at three o'clock this morning feeling horribly queasy I must be like Mich' in that the sweets - Skittles -. just do NOT agree with me or Mich'. It must by the colourant or something in or on them, as I had some before going to bed last night, and then in the wee hours of this morning I threw up and up and up until my stomach had got rid of whatever was annoying it! Mich' was nauseous after eating some Skittles too.

Once my stomach had stopped heave ho-ing, I had a shower and got myself ready for our Bible Study Group meeting. Everyone kindly met in Marg's and Ian's home in Wauchope so that we were all travelling an equidistance. For example, I drove from Port Macquarie and Ken (being the furthest out) came from Yarras, and that made Wauchope about halfway for each of us.

Before Bible Study Group I re-fuelled my little car, then went to the nursery to purchase two little cacti for Julie because it was her birthday today. I also had journal for her with a card.

Sandra had made a cake for Julie which was simply delicious, covered with thick cream, strawberries and slices of banana. We had a lovely morning tea after our study to celebrate Julie's special day.

From the Left: Julie, Sandra, Noel, Ian, me and Ken. Marg' took the photo and two other members of our group were also absent today. (Ken and I are the oldest in the group! Shucks! When did we get that old!)

Mariaan's garden service guy came around to whipper snip and mow the grass, and he left it looking ever so neat and nice.

I left Port Macquarie as the garden service guy was finishing up, and I hit the morning traffic big time! Talk about advancing like a tortoise on the road!

One of the schools contacted me concerning their SRE classes for the next two weeks in their school - this last term is always a bit "untidy" what with end of year concerts, end of year activities, swimming galas and the like. As I am now also the Co-Ordinator of these SRE teachers it is up to me to notify them all. I think I will contact the school again in the morning as the teacher's instructions were not that clear. I sent text messages to the SRE teachers to warn them of a possible two-week break for them.

Ken and I met at the Wauchope Country Club after Bible Study Group where we were going to have lunch together, but neither of us were hungry so we just had a cool drink and then headed off to do the things we had on our separate 'To Do' lists. (I think the lack of hunger could well have been eating too much at teatime this morning! Just saying!)

I had to get a few makeup things to get at the chemist before leaving Wauchope, and Ken was going into Port' to see if he could get his electric razor mended. Ken found a razor repair shop, and they fixed his razon chop-chop. Ken was delighted with that outcome.

So, we said our fond farewells at the Wauchope Country Club and we will see each other again on Sunday. Then again on Wednesday at Bible Study Group and then I will be home again on Thursday!

When I got back here Felix was delighted to see me and threaded himself in and out my ankles whilst purring like a tractor! I feel very loved by him as he obviously missed me and was so happy to have me home again. Bless his four paws!

I did a spot of knitting in the afternoon, and I watched some TV tonight and did more knitting, but I planned to go to bed early tonight as I was up extra early today and am tired after throwing up so many times.

I am delighted that the farm DID get some rain yesterday - in fact, 22mm of it! I am so excited about that.

Today I have been cold as it has been damp, and chilly, plus I did not pack warm stuff! But I am sure the warmer weather will soon be back.

No supper for me tonight - I may have a slice of toast if I get hungry, (I doubt that) but would rather my tummy settle down again. I ate nothing but was feeling a lot better.

What lesson did I learn today? To listen to my body when it rejects certain foodstuffs.

What am I grateful for today? A lovely morning spent with my man and our Bible Study Group.

My saying for today is ...
